What that $49 actually buys
Most shop software charges per user, per month. Here's what a five-person shop pays over a year, at typical advertised rates.
| Shop size | NextCarHub | Typical per-user pricing |
|---|---|---|
| 1 person | $49/mo | Varies by vendor |
| 3 people | $49/mo | Often 2–3× a single seat |
| 8 people | $49/mo | Often 5–8× a single seat |
| Setup / onboarding fee | None | Common in this category |
| Annual contract required | No | Common in this category |
Competitor pricing varies and changes — check each vendor's current rates directly. The point isn't the exact figure, it's that NextCarHub's number doesn't move when your team grows.
Billing questions
How much does NextCarHub cost per month?
$49 per month per shop, billed monthly. No per-user fees, no setup fee, no annual contract.
Does the price go up as I add staff?
No. The $49 covers your entire shop however many people use it. Adding a service advisor or a technician doesn't change the bill.
What happens when the free trial ends?
After 14 days, if you haven't started a subscription, creating and editing appointments is paused until you do. Nothing is deleted — your calendar, customers and history are all still there when you come back.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Checkout offers PayPal and debit/credit card, so you don't need a PayPal account.
How do I cancel?
Directly from your PayPal account, any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for.
Do you offer annual billing or a discount?
Not right now — NextCarHub is monthly only. If annual billing would suit your shop better, email hello@nextcarhub.com and say so. Early customer requests genuinely shape what gets built.
