How Shopmonkey user licences add up
Shopmonkey counts users. Every login beyond the plan’s included licences is $20 a month. For a 6-person shop:

- Payment processing: rates not published (“call for pricing”).
- QuickBooks Desktop integration: an additional fee on Clever and Genius, amount not published; not available on Basic.

If you only need the schedule
Shopmonkey is a full shop management system: repair orders, estimates, invoicing, parts and payments. If that’s what you use every day, the price is for that, and switching to something smaller would cost you more in lost work than it saves.
