- Grow adds the labor guide, maintenance schedules, time and job clocks and more reports.
- Scale adds two-way texting, a real-time shop dashboard, a technician board and employee performance analytics.
- Enterprise adds integrated payments, a dedicated account manager and quarterly business reviews.
Does Tekmetric charge per user?
No. Tekmetric is priced per shop, and every plan includes unlimited users. A 2-person shop and a 12-person shop on Start pay the same $199 a month.

Free trial and contract
Tekmetric offers free demos and self-guided tours, but no free trial. You can pay month to month with no long-term contract, or annually for the lower price.
If you only need the schedule
Tekmetric is a full shop management system: repair orders, estimates, invoicing, parts and payments. If that’s what you use every day, the price is for that, and switching to something smaller would cost you more in lost work than it saves.
But if what you mostly use is the calendar — who’s coming in, which tech has which car, and the history on each vehicle — NextCarHub does that for $49 a month per shop with unlimited users, against $199 for Tekmetric Start.
